Amber has worked within the health and social care arena for over 17 years and ensures that she supports the team with every transition. Amber focuses on working with local partners to reduce barriers and increase opportunities for everyone whether that is people supported, their families, professionals we work with, or team members.

Adam has successfully developed services for many years with people with learning differences and he brings to the team, an excellent understanding of the sector, and a strategic ambition for making a difference to peoples lives.

Rebecca has worked within the sector for 17 years. Rebecca has joined the service with a passion and commitment to providing outstanding care and support to the individuals at Maximus. Rebecca comes with a wealth of experience in the sector, always pushing those around her to achieve their goals and aspirations.
